When does a new week open?
Every Monday at midnight in your team's time zone. We email you at 7am. Weeks that have opened stay open until your team's access ends.
Who can see my answers?
Only you. Your team leader can see who has joined and which weeks they've opened and finished, never what anyone wrote.
How do I save my answers?
You don't need to. They save as you type. Look for "Saved to your journal" under the questions.
How do I keep a copy of my journal?
Open Journal and choose "Print or save as PDF". In the print window, pick "Save as PDF" as the destination.
I've stopped getting the Monday email
Check your spam folder, then check that Monday emails are on in your Account. Your weeks still open on schedule either way.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password and we'll email you a link.
My invitation link stopped working
Links last 14 days. Ask your team leader to send a new one from the Team page.
