The course
4disciplines is a 13-week guided course on Patrick Lencioni's The Advantage, led by Gordon Blocker, Principal Table Group Consultant. It is Gordon's own course and is not an official Table Group publication.
Team agreements
One subscription covers one team of up to 100 people for a 12-month agreement. The team leader adds and removes people. Access lasts for the agreement and doesn't renew automatically; a leader can renew from the Team page.
Payment
Monthly plans are billed for 12 months. If a monthly payment is missed, access continues for a 14-day grace period and is then suspended. The balance of the agreement remains owed.
Refunds
There are no refunds once Week 1 has opened. Week 1 opens on your team's start Monday. On a self-paced team, that is the first Monday on or after the first person joins. Reading Week 1 as a sneak peek before then doesn't count as it opening.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Each person on a team has their own account.
Our material
The course videos, text and book excerpts are for you and your team to use during the agreement. Please don't copy or share them outside your team. What you write in your journal is yours.
