What we collect
Your name and email address, which your team leader or you give us. Your password, which is stored by Google Firebase in a form we can't read. Your reflection answers. Which weeks you've opened and finished.
Who can see what
- Your answers are visible only to you. Your team leader, your teammates and Gordon can't read them. Our systems block that access.
- Your team leader can see your name, email, the date you joined and which weeks you've opened and finished.
- Your teammates can see, on teams moving together, how many people have finished a week. They don't see names.
What we use it for
To run the course: signing you in, opening each week, saving your journal, and sending emails about the course, such as the Monday week email. You can turn Monday emails off from your Account page or from the link in any of them. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Services we use
Google Firebase stores accounts and course data. Resend delivers email. Vimeo plays the course videos. Stripe handles payments for teams that pay online; we never see card numbers.
How long we keep it
Your answers are deleted when your team's agreement ends, or 30 days after a team leader removes you. We remind you 21 days before an agreement ends so you can download your journal. [Retention period for account and billing records.]
Your choices
You can change your name, email and email settings from your Account page. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email [privacy contact].
